Cancellation Policy

At Oliver Tours DR, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as fair as possible. Please read the following terms carefully.
Cancellation by the Client
To cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email. The following conditions apply based on when we receive your cancellation notice:
- Cancellation received more than 7 days before the service date: You will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee to cover transaction costs.
- Cancellation received between 3 and 7 days before the service date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation received less than 48 hours before the service date: No refund will be issued.
- No-Show: If you fail to appear for your tour or service at the designated time and place without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show," and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Oliver Tours DR
Your safety and the quality of our tours are our top priorities. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any service under the following circumstances:
- Safety and Weather: Cancellation due to unsafe weather conditions, official warnings, or other circumstances beyond our control that could compromise the safety of our clients and staff.
- Minimum Participants: If a tour does not meet the minimum number of participants required to operate.
In the event of a cancellation by Oliver Tours DR, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of:
- A full refund of the amount paid.
- Rescheduling the service for a different date at no additional cost.
